Jennie Harbour
Jennie Harbour (1893–1959) was an English Art Deco artist and illustrator.

Jeannie's illustration was published 1921, Tolkien's 1937 :-)
It is effective.
Dugald Walker
Dugald Stewart Walker (1883 — 1937) was an early twentieth century American illustrator.
